- Do you want to be close to or away from home?
- What are the accommodations provided if you do a Master’s program at this school?
- Would you be able to live in the university’s residence or do you have to live off-campus?
- What is the cost of living if you have to live off-campus?
- What type of job and volunteer opportunities exist near the campus?
- Is the campus location well-known for having certain facilities (ex: University of Toronto is close to many renowned institutions such as SickKids, Toronto General Hospital, and Princess Margaret Cancer Centre)
International Studies
- If going to study abroad, what are the visa requirements?
- What type of support does your grad school provide for international students?
- What is the difference in tuition costs for international students?
- What types of scholarships are available for international students?
- What are the different application requirements for international students?
- ex: English proficiency tests, GPA calculations, etc.
