- Would you be able to live in the university’s residence or do you have to live off-campus?
- What is the cost of living if you have to live off-campus?
What type of job and volunteer opportunities exist near the campus?
- Is the campus location well-known for having certain facilities (ex: University of Toronto is close to many renowned institutions such as SickKids, Toronto General Hospital, and Princess Margaret Cancer Centre)

If going to study abroad, what are the visa requirements?
What type of support does your grad school provide for international students?
What is the difference in tuition costs for international students?
What types of scholarships are available for international students?
What are the different application requirements for international students?
- ex: English proficiency tests, GPA calculations, etc.
